Breathless and Now Onyx share all their facilities, so they really are essentially the same resorts, with very different personalities. Now Onyx and Breathless are adjoined, so really there are three AM Resorts within 400 yards of beach space. That said, we passed on any offerings, enjoyed the "gifts" but don't regret the sales trip. They NEVER run in the 90 min, but everyone was courteous and we took a look at Zoetry.which is beautiful, and very serene. Like ALL resorts worldwide, there is going to be a sales pitch if you decide to go. We booked through Delta vacations, and the transportation from airport to hotel was simple, and ontime. ![]() We chose Now Onyx, just as a new place, and literally right down the beach from Dreams. Dreams, Now Onyx, or Breathless? We recently stayed at Dreams Punta Cana in Jan 2021, and came back to the Punta Cana deciding to try another spot. There were a lot of flies on the food Services: they run out of towels fast by the pool and it takes hours to request one. Two of my family members get stomach upset. ![]() They reheat the Christmas dinner left over food to serve on Christmas Day lunch and dinner to the point that the food gets burned from the grill. In terms of food: it is not fresh they reheat the left over from the previous day. When I demand to speak to manger they offer bed. I went to concierge who said “we don’t have extra bed’ When I asked I waited for 5 hours why he lied from the beginning. One hour later no bed went back to the reception and this time he said “ we don’t have extra bed and if you want to complain go to the concierge “ he was very rude. I went to the reception and complained and was told they will send bed now. Four hours later no one came with extra bed. We called the reception who said he will send extra bed. When we checked in I was told the two rooms are connected and one of the room has the extra bed as requested.when we get to the rooms with their staff help we found that the room has no extra bed. Before we arrive by 3 month we requested two connected room and one of the room to have extra or sofa bed.
